Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing initiatives and support key offline marketing activities, including exhibitions, brand activations, and sales collateral development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, SEO, lead generation, analytics, and ROI optimization. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can develop integrated marketing strategies, improve brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies with a digital-first approach.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic, search visibility, and website performance.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation activities and work towards improving CPL, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI.
- Monitor key marketing KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Analyze website performance and support website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and basic CMS updates.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across digital platforms and offline marketing channels.
- Support exhibitions, brand activations, promotional campaigns, and sales collateral development.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, with strong focus on digital marketing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and related analytics tools.
- Experience in lead generation, CPL optimization, ROAS tracking, and campaign performance reporting.
- Ability to plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of website optimization, CRO, and basic CMS management.
- B2B marketing experience is preferred.
- FMCG or food industry experience will be an added advantage.
